Granbury Resort Conference Center Policies and Payment Terms
The City of Granbury is the holder of a mixed beverage permit from the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) and has exclusive rights to sell and service all alcoholic beverages in the Granbury Resort Conference Center. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Granbury Resort Conference Center.
All monies paid to the Granbury Resort Conference Center must be in the form of cash, check, or credit card. A 50% down payment of the room charge will book your date.
Security will be required for any of the following: events serving alcohol, considered “high risk” or have “value” content, or social events and/or large attendance events. Security may be provided by any licensed off-duty Granbury police officer upon agreement with management to provide security for the facility as well as the event. Lessee must arrange for security hours and payment independent of management and must provide management with notification of all security arrangements at least ten days prior to event move-in. In addition, security must be in place at least 30 minutes prior to event start time and must remain in place at least 30 minutes after event end time.
