You are invited to re-experience where you were on the morning of 9/11/2001, to remember how it may have impacted your life, and to again relive how our country pulled together to remain One Nation Under God - united in one goal. We will not forget the brave ones who saved others during the attack on the Towers and the Pentagon, along with our military and first responders who served then and today. Also the innocent victims on United Airlines Flight 93.
A special time when Friends of Memorial lane and the Hood County Prayer Task Force join hands by sight, sound, and song remind us of that day 9/11 in 2001, a day to change the look, lives, and our country forever. This evening will be a reenactment of several of the stories from actual survivors and a free pre-concert by the Granbury Saxophone Quartet of Patriotic Music! A ceremony for all ages. There will be representatives from our fire stations, law enforcement agencies, and the military along with citizens representing us all! What do we do now? What lessons HAVE we learned?
