Round Tables have no sides! Our purpose is education and information. From our inception we have kept a calculated balance mixing subjects, people, events and battles so as to appeal to all interests. If you examine our schedule of past speakers which is available on this website you will find this to be true. Speakers have included authors, professors, lecturers, dramatists, curators, and others who have some expertise in the subject of the Civil War.

The Round Table meets monthly from September to May, at 6:30 P.M., at Spring Creek Bar-B-Que, 317 Hwy 377 E in Granbury.  Guests are always welcome, and there is no charge for the first meeting.  For regular attendees, individual memberships are $25.00 per year; family memberships are $35.00; and Speaker Sponsor memberships, which include the privilege of attendance at a reception for each speaker, are $100.00.   For more information, please refer to our website:, or call either David Wells, at 817-579-5769, or Bill Dyess, at 817-326-8216.
