Handcrafted Artisan Ricotta
Join us on a journey to the Mediterranean countryside in this cheese class. We will learn how to make ricotta cheese right in your kitchen (or campsite like the Romans) with just a few ingredients, a pot, butchers twine and cheesecloth. This ricotta class will focus on the process and procedures of using milks to develop the creamy, protein rich whey that becomes RICOTTA. This versatile, historic cheese will change the way you eat and share every meal of the day.
This class will allow you to create and eat a few savory and a few sweet bites!
