Romancing the Monarch butterfly festival
Join the Lake Granbury Master Gardeners to learn about attracting and protecting Monarch butterflies and help make Hood County the Monarch Capital of north Texas! Enjoyable and educational activities for all ages including Demo Garden tours, monarch tagging, face painting and crafts: participate in a magical, live butterfly release, learn how to attract butterflies to your garden, learn how and why we tag monarchs as they migrate through Hood County.
