Just a short drive from the Historic Square and Lake Granbury (approx. 2 miles), the Cottage is located in the heart of Granbury close to popular restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It offers two bedrooms with plush queen beds in each. It also has a queen sleeper sofa and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Make yourself at home on the comfy couch and love seat in the front living room watching your favorite show or movie on the large screen Smart TV. The Cottage also has a second cozy living area with another Smart TV and a dining/game table. The fully functional kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a new oven/stove, pots/pans, utensils and cooking essentials. Also in the kitchen: a coffee station (Keurig, French Press, drip coffee maker), microwave, toaster, tea kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Nestled in a peaceful country neighborhood, the Cottage sits on a large double lot shaded by oak trees.
