The Space Dream Acre in Granbury is a spectacular new modern luxe home featuring 4 bedrooms with a full office that has a queen sofa sleeper, 2 full and one-half bathrooms, a fully stocked gourmet Chef's Kitchen, spacious open concept living areas, a three-bay garage, and three outside entertaining areas including a 5000 sf patio with an amazing saltwater spa and pool. This home welcomes you with a whole home water filtration system which means you will always have hot water and it will be soft and filtered of those harsh contaminants and chemicals. 3023 square feet of home features an open concept with a grand entry, vaulted tres ceilings and an abundance of natural light that greets you as you walk in the front door. Throughout the home you’ll find numerous seating areas, a gas fireplace, and a 75-inch flat screen televion. Stunning vaulted windows allow you to peer out into the acre of private fully fenced acre of privacy, a beautiful outdoor patio with outdoor swivel chairs and sofa, sun loungers and an outdoor table that seats 5. Dining Dining in is easy with our fabulous state of the art gourmet chefs kitchen stocked with all the necessities, from stainless steel pots and pans, reverse osmosis water on tap, double ovens and everything in between. The kitchen area features barstool seating for 2 and the two separate dining tables. A four person table is featured in the breakfast nook that overlooks the patio and pool and a formal dining area that can seat 8. Our coffee bar provides a selection of teas and coffee as well as various individually wrapped snacks and creamer choices. Outdoors Steps from the front door we feature a covered outdoor sofa and swivel rockers with foot stools, a 5000 square foot patio and a saltwater pool and spa. Additionally, the property is fully fenced and covered in grass. Master Suite The home boasts of a split concept with the master being on one side of the house for privacy and the other bedrooms on the opposite side. The enormous master has its own central heating system to keep your space as warm or cool as you enjoy. You have free access to regulate your temp 24 hours a day. Say goodbye to the days of missing home because you can’t get a good nights sleep. In the master suite you’ll find a king size Carolina resort bamboo mattress that keeps your body temperature regulated while sleeping and premium linens. The master has a sitting area, that includes a bookshelf and plenty of reading material, an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub for two with candles and bath salts, a walk-in shower with a seating area, two vanities that include your hygiene basics, a huge walk in closet with a queen size extra floor mattress for additional guests that can be moved elsewhere. The walk-in closet has hangers and shelves for clothing and additional linens as well as an iron and ironing board. From the master, there is a view of the acre of property, the full patio, and the pool. Bedroom 5/ Office Steps a way from the master is a full size office (5th bedroom) with beautiful french doors. It has a full writing desk, ergonomic chair, printer, and a queen size sofa sleeper that can be made up if requested. A pocket WiFi is available in office for direct connect to internet if needed. Additionally, you’ll find a closet full of games that your group can enjoy. Bedroom 2 On the opposite end of this beautiful one story home you’ll find bedroom two has a queen size Cariloha resort bamboo mattress, that helps to regulate body temperature with premium linens, a full size walk-in closet with hangers, a luggage rack and a 50 inch smart television. Bedroom 3 Down the hall bedroom three has a queen size Purple semi firm mattress with adjustable frame that inclines and declines with premium linens. This bedroom also has a full size walk-in closet with hangers, a luggage rack and a smart television. Bedroom 4 Lastly bedroom four has a queen size Sealy, Posturepedic firm mattress with a smart television . This room also has premium linens, a full size walk in closet and hangers and a luggage rack. From this bedroom, there’s a view of the pool and spa outside. Amenities Inside the home you’ll find a iron & ironing boards, 2 hair dryers, make-up cloths, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and all the needed supplies to wash your clothes. Extra personal items like cotton rounds, floss picks, q tips, toothbrushes, razors and toothpaste are stocked in the bathroom cabinets. Access Guests have access to the entire home and a two-car bay in the attached garage except for one bay in the garage that houses the mower and three supply closets throughout the house. Additional free parking is available in the driveway. Entry access codes will be sent via text early in the morning of the first day of your stay. Check-in and check-out are a breeze! Other things to note: We want to make sure your vacation time in Granbury is a vacation you will never forget. With that being said, we are located in a small, quiet gated community. We ask that all of our guests are respectful of the property and the neighborhood. We do not charge for early and/or late check-ins as long as they are pre authorized. We try to make your stay here in Granbury as stress-free as possible and that starts and ends with check-in and check-out. We know that it is not always possible to coordinate air travel schedules with check-in and check-out times of a vacation or weekend rental. If possible, we allow guests to have an earlier check-in and later check-out if the property is not occupied before or after the scheduled rental.
