Eagle Mountain Farmhouse Cheese Company makes only the finest handmade cheeses from the fresh natural Grade A raw milk of the Brown Swiss dairy cows pastured exclusively at Sandy Creek Farm in North Texas. The shop is located in Lipan, about 17 minutes north of Granbury on Highway 4. The best time to catch the cheese-makers at their craft is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or perhaps by appointment. Their product is also available in Granbury at C & J Butcher Shop.
