In 2005 Vincent began to talk with his wife Rebecca about his vision for a place where friends can get around a table with some tea or coffee and allow their facade to come down and open up about things that truly matter. Having spent time in Russia, they knew a good cup could act as a catalyst for people to truly connect. With this idea in mind, they began building in March of 2016. After 3 years, the Knox family completed the work on the building, and opened Tree of Life Coffee in Granbury Texas to provide a new space for people to connect. Understanding the importance of this space, Vincent and Rebecca made sure that their coffee was award winning and their tea came highly praised. Serving Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters – winners of the 2016 Best Texas Cold Brew award, and distributing Republic of Tea, which won the 2019 Gold sofi™ award denoting innovation and amazing taste in their field. We can’t wait to share a cup with you and continue the story!
