Christina's

Christina’s is all about good food and good vibes: offering a uniqueness that you can’t find anywhere else in town. We offer an experience to locals and tourists that they would only see in the big city. Creating food you normally have to dress up in a suit and tie to eat, but keeping a casual, chill vibe that allows for the comfort of a home cooked meal. Ingredients are purchased fresh daily. Many of the ingredients for our dishes come straight from our garden. With the combination of divine fine dining food, and and a low-key, chill atmosphere, Christina’s is a place for everyone!

The Folger 5

The Folger 5 is Gary and Katie, and their three kids: Jackson, Lila, and Scarlett. Starting as a bartender at a restaurant in California, Gary’s dream was always to open a restaurant. After being a stay at home mom for several years, Katie was ready to get back out in the work force. Coming home from work one day, they saw an article in the Hood County News that a restaurant called Christina’s in downtown Granbury was hiring. Katie applied and was hired as a waitress. A year later, when the owners decided to sell, they sat down with Gary and came up with a plan. The Folger 5 have worked hard since buying the restaurant, bringing with them their extensive knowledge of the restaurant business and a desire to start something special in Granbury. They have cultivated a place that every resident in the area can’t wait to try out, and once they do, can’t wait to come back.
