Labor Day Weekend
Kick off Labor Day weekend and wrap up another beautiful summer on Lake Granbury! Designed to be great fun for both visitors and locals alike, events this weekend are a great way to celebrate the end of summer and to kick-off fall!
Join Granbury Parks & Recreation and Visit Granbury for a "dive-in" movie at Rough Creek Park! Watch Aquaman on a giant screen from your boat, your float, or the shore. More information at www.granbury.org/divein.
Enjoy sales and specials in stores and outside on the sidewalk! Most of The Granbury Square shops will be participating. Saturday, August 31 - Monday, September 2 during regular store hours. Individual store hours may vary. Stop by Visit Granbury for a complimentary shopping bag.
Join us for the Labor Day Weekend Lighted Boat Parade on Sunday, September 1! Dozens of boats travel from bridge to bridge for this beautiful spectacle. The parade travels towards the Pearl Street bridge (near Mesquite Pit) and then back.
Join the festivity with a lighted and decorated watercraft! This is an after dark event and everyone with a decorated, lit boat is invited. No entry fee. Gather by 7:45 p.m. at the Stumpy's cove. For more info please contact Ronnie Hurd at firstname.lastname@example.org.
