Granbury has proudly held the title of Best Historic Small Town in America for several years, and this home offers the perfect blend of original charm, colorful design, and modern convenience. Old City Hall has been transformed into a warm and inviting rental ideal for group getaways, family gatherings, or retreats. From antique chandeliers to smart TVs in every room, the home is full of thoughtful touches throughout. You’ll have full access to the entire space, which includes six sleeping areas, two full kitchens, four full bathrooms, and two laundry areas. While the building was once divided into two units, the internal door stays open, creating a seamless and spacious layout. Bathrooms: There are four full bathrooms. Three are ensuite to Bedrooms 1, 2, and 5. The fourth is a shared hallway bathroom for Bedroom 4 (parlor) and Bedroom 6. Kitchens & Dining: Guests will enjoy two fully equipped kitchens: The front kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric two-burner cooktop, Nespresso machine, and Sparkletts water dispenser. The back kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Cookware, dishes, and essential kitchen tools are provided. A designated dining area near the front kitchen includes a table with seating for four, with additional casual seating available throughout. Living Areas: The front living room features a spacious sectional and accent chair—great for relaxing or catching a show. The back parlor includes two twin beds, a second lounge area, and a large smart TV—perfect for spreading out or hosting families with kids. Laundry: There are two full-size washers and dryers available—one in the front and one in the back section of the home.
