This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home sits proudly on a lot and a half, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is a wonderful place to stay. With a plush couch and flat-screen TV, the living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing, fishing, swimming, or exploring all that Granbury has to offer. The home has a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, flatware, high-quality stainless steel cookware, and artistic touches that will make you feel right at home. The large master bedroom boasts a DUX king-sized bed and a double sink bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the large third bedroom includes four twin beds. The second bath has a full tub and shower and is adjacent to the living room. Amenities also include a washer and dryer inside the home. On the outside, covered patio is a relaxing sitting area where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or dinner cooked on the outdoor grill overlooking the water. Or, relax on the covered boat dock while fishing and watching the ducks, birds, and geese as they land in the private cove where you are staying.
