Unwind and relax the minute you enter Sage Cove Lake house. The beautiful view overlooking Granbury Lake permeates the spacious living areas and huge deck. The house is on a natural private cove away from the wind and wash of boats where kids can swim safely. The newly renovated house features a stylish kitchen fully stocked. All bedrooms have a TV and three bathrooms. Enjoy the hot tub, grill, fishing, kayaking and games. The owners have taken over management, see photos of reviews. There is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, master bath and walk-in closet, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds (one with its own bathroom) and a fourth bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a full-sized futon. The house can sleep 11 people total. Two bedrooms share a third full bathroom. Every bedroom has it's own TV with Roku. Sage Cove Lake House offers two Kayaks and tubes that can be rented for your stay for $50. There are also games like corn hole and giant jenga, cards and board games provided for kids and adults alike to enjoy. Within 1 hour of check-in you will receive a code that will be used for front door access. If you have any issues or troubles with the code not working please contact us directly as we would be happy to accommodate you. Guest and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do NOT park on the grass. Quiet time starts at 10 p.m. No parties. Anyone who is not a guest is not allowed to stay overnight. You must report anyone coming to the house during the day and no more than 15 people can be in the house at any time. If this rule is broken then fees will apply and you will be asked to leave. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin before you leave. All trash must be in bags, NO LOOSE TRASH. Fine of $100 will be charged if not followed. Keep a close eye on your kids, the house is located on a lake and has a hot tub in the backyard. The host and property owners are NOT LIABLE for damages or any other bodily injury that takes place on our property. Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Do not forget to close the windows and lock the door. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner before checkout. Damages up to $1,000 must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Please clean all dishes and place them in the correct spot before checkout or have them neatly stacked in the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave. Hand wash wooden utensils and all cutting boards and bbq utensils. Please strip only sheets, pillow cases, and towels. You can leave them on the floor of each bedroom. Do not drive on the grass. If any irrigation sprinkler heads are broken or tire tracks left on grass, damages will need to be paid. We do have Ring doorbell camera for your security as well as the property’s. It must not be tampered with or turned off at any time, same with the WiFi. Thank you.
