Labor Day Weekend To end the summer, the Historic Granbury Merchants Association sponsors a FUN Family-Friendly and Free Festival – The Labor Day Weekend Festival and Sidewalk Sale! Vendors selling items around the Square and of course, all of the shops around the square will be bristling with signs about great Labor Day SIDEWALK SALES! There will be Kid’s activities at the Plaza under the Pavillion. Join us for the Labor Day Weekend Lighted Boat Parade on Sunday! Dozens of boats travel from the bridge to bridge for this beautiful spectacle. The parade travels from Stumpy's towards the Pearl Street Bridge (near Mesquite Pit) and then back.
