The Texas State Chuckwagon Championship Cookoff features some of the best Chuckwagons and cooks from around the country using traditional cooking methods and techniques from the 1880’s to serve up some of the best cowboy food of your life using simple ingredients to produce items like chicken fried steak, peach cobbler, and sourdough biscuits.
Showcasing great food from real authentic chuckwagons, western music, cowboy poetry and western swing dances on both nights under the stars.
